The Boghossian Foundation is looking for a trainee assistant in the exhibitions department. Working directly with and under the supervision of the Boghossian Foundation team, the intern will be responsible in particular for :


° Various administrative and secretarial tasks :
– making appointments
– various orders (Deliveroo, Uber, taxi, etc.)
– preparing train/plane reservations
– updating documents, drafting letters/emails and PowerPoint presentations
° Making an inventory of the library and technical control room equipment
° Feeding the database
° Assistance with the artist residency
° Practical assistance with exhibition set-up and dismantling.


° Student in art history, cultural management, visual arts, etc.
° No previous experience is required, but fluency in English is an advantage.
° An inquisitive, rigorous person with good interpersonal skills and a good ability to adapt and organise.


° Minimum 2-month placement
° Internship during the course of your studies, unpaid but privileged access to all the Foundation’s activities.
