Nestled in the former secretary’s office of the Baron Empain, the Design Store unveils a curated selection of works and objects conceived by Jean-Michel Othoniel. In dialogue with the exhibition Diary of Happiness, discover lithographs, lighting pieces and jewellery, as well as a limited edition of 50 exhibition posters signed by the artist.

In addition, a number of pieces from our SILA editions are available. SILA is an initiative that seeks to foster a contemporary appreciation of traditional craftsmanship, expertise, and Oriental cultures through the design of objects.

To mark its 15^th anniversary in 2025, the Boghossian Foundation is presenting a series of editions, known as B2. These editions are designed in collaboration with multidisciplinary artists who have a special relationship with the Villa Empain, either by exhibiting there or participating in a research residency. The collection of high-quality art prints – lithographs, engravings, inkjet prints, or screen prints – is designed in close collaboration with the artists.

Since the Villa Empain opened in 2010, the Boghossian Foundation has published books and exhibition catalogues. Conceived to accompany the thematic exhibitions at the Villa Empain, these richly illustrated catalogues include interviews and contributions from artists and writers.
